We are excited to kick off episode 1 of our Psychological Safety World Tour with our amazing guest from Mexico, Claudio Palomares. Claudio is founder of ACI Wellbeing and Servicios Industriales, which specializes in helping organizations build psychological safety and implement the NOM 035, the national guidelines for workplace psychological safety in Mexico. NOM 035 was implemented in 2018 and requires organizations to audit the psychological safety in their businesses and is one positive step forward in looking at creating human-centric workplaces that can thrive.
